Jalpur Rice Flour
Rice flour is made from finely ground polished broken rice and is therefore whiter than most flours, however it cannot generally be used for baking in the same way as wheat flour as it contains no gluten. Add it to the skin of a roasting chicken to make it deliciously crispy.
Storage: Once opened remove to an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place.
Allergy Advice: Contains cereals (wheat). May Contain traces of milk and soya. Packed in a factory that handles nuts in a separate area.
